About Caissonix
Self-serve software for California HOAs, apartment buildings and homeowners, built to catch vendor, document and coverage issues early. Every product is in pilot.
About
Built by a 20-year California property insurance professional
Caissonix was founded by Gregor McNabb, who has spent nearly 20 years in California property insurance and holds an M.S. in Construction Management. Too often the problem after a loss isn't the loss itself: it's a vendor whose insurance had lapsed, a rule nobody could find, or a policy that didn't match what the association needed.
Caissonix exists to catch those issues early, with software that does the routine checking and reviews written in plain language a volunteer board can use.
We don't sell, place or broker insurance, and we don't give legal advice. Our tools and reviews give you a clear picture to take to your broker, attorney and board.
Why Caissonix
Made for California rules, not adapted to them
California law, cited
Civil Code 5551, H&S 17973, B&P 7159 and more, each linked to the official text and checked against it.
Public data, dated
CSLB license data shows its file date. Association hazard zones come from CAL FIRE and FEMA map services, with links to the official maps.
No conflicts
We don't sell, place or broker insurance, and we don't take commissions. You pay for software, and that's all.
You stay in control
The apps track dates and documents and show their sources. Decisions stay with you, your broker and your attorney.
